His career spans the full arc of polymer film manufacturing — from the early years of learning the trade to founding and scaling businesses from the ground up.
Ashok’s expertise lies in strategic raw material procurement, market analysis, and banking and finance operations. His deep-rooted industry connections and sharp commercial instincts ensure that Gajanan Polyplast maintains cost efficiency, supply chain resilience, and sound financial governance. He heads the finance function with a steady hand and a long-term perspective that has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
MR. DEEPAK AGRAWAL, DIRECTOR
Deepak Agrawal has been building and scaling businesses since 1999 — and his breadth of experience is rare in any industry. Truly an all-rounder, Deepak has successfully operated across sales, operations, banking, finance, and construction over a career spanning more than two decades.
His accomplishments include establishing and operating warehouse businesses that continue to function to this day, as well as building a biomass briquette manufacturing enterprise from the ground up. In the polymer manufacturing sector specifically, he brings over a decade of hands-on experience in PET preform, PET jar, and multilayer film production.
What sets Deepak apart is his ability to calculate costs with exceptional precision and to translate operational complexity into clear business decisions. At Gajanan Polyplast, he drives business development strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the company’s growing manufacturing footprint.
MR. SUSHIL KUMAR MITTAL, DIRECTOR
Sushil Kumar Mittal brings over fifteen years of experience in the polymer manufacturing industry, with deep expertise across sales, operations, finance, banking, and infrastructure development. A proven all-rounder, Sushil has been integral to establishing and growing manufacturing businesses, and his operational acumen is a key driver of day-to-day performance at Gajanan Polyplast.
In 2021, Sushil channelled his extensive industry knowledge into co-founding Gajanan Polyplast, helping to build the company’s operational systems, sales network, and physical infrastructure from the very beginning. His hands-on approach and cross-functional expertise ensure that the company runs efficiently — and scales smartly.
MR. MAHAVEER KUMAR BANSAL, HEAD OF ACCOUNTS & OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Mahaveer Kumar Bansal is the financial backbone of Gajanan Polyplast’s day-to-day operations. With over two decades of experience in accounts and finance — including a distinguished tenure at Sahara Bank — Mahaveer brings institutional-grade financial rigour to our organisation.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mahaveer is known as a consummate people’s person. His wide-ranging knowledge, warm leadership style, and meticulous approach to financial management have made him an indispensable part of our team. He oversees all accounts and office management functions, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth administrative operations across the company.
