The Story
Gajanan Polyplast Pvt Ltd was founded in 2021 by a team of seasoned industry professionals who shared a singular vision: to build a world-class polymer manufacturing enterprise from the ground up.
We began modestly — with just two PET preform and PET jar injection moulding machines — but our ambition and market demand quickly outpaced our initial footprint. By 2022, we had added two more injection moulding machines, and by 2023, two more followed. That same spirit of growth led us to diversify into multilayer film manufacturing, commissioning a Windsor Film Extrusion Machine in 2022 and a Kabra Film Extrusion Machine in 2026.
Our expansion has been purposeful, not incidental. Every machine added, every unit opened, reflects a deliberate response to the confidence our clients place in us.
The Gorakhpur Chapter
In 2024, we took one of our boldest steps yet — planning and developing a dedicated manufacturing unit in Gorakhpur. The facility commenced operations in 2025, initially equipped with three injection moulding machines.
The response from the market was immediate. Within just four months of becoming operational, we sanctioned two additional injection moulding machines. Today, less than a year after opening, the Gorakhpur plant runs five injection moulding machines — a clear reflection of our operational agility and the trust our customers continue to invest in us.
